Tracking your order
The moment your order ships, we send a tracking number by email. Click the link to see the live status of your package. If you haven’t received the tracking email within 3 business days of ordering, check your spam folder or email info@mera-fashion.com.
Customs & taxes
Orders within the EU include all applicable taxes. Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to import duties and customs fees, which are paid by the recipient. We provide all necessary shipping documentation.
Lost or delayed packages
If your tracking hasn’t updated in 5 business days or the estimated delivery window has passed, email us at info@mera-fashion.com. We’ll investigate with the carrier and resolve it.
